KheloApp supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, bank transfer, debit card, and e-wallet.

• Single Account Policy: Withdrawals will be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Minimum Deposit: Starting from BDT 500 (may vary by method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: Starting from BDT 200.
• Processing Time: Mobile banking averages 15 minutes; bank transfers take 1-3 hours.
• Third-Party Funds: Transacting on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited.

KheloApp may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and, if necessary, place a hold on the transaction.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Please read them before accepting any bonus.

• Technical Error: Bets on games cancelled due to disconnection or system errors will be refunded.

• Multiple Account Betting: Placing bets on the same match across multiple accounts is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KheloApp and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Hacking, use of software bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Coordinated manipulation against the platform.

You may request to close your KheloApp account voluntarily at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

KheloApp may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• KYC verification failed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Request for self-exclusion.
